This is a 3-day notice that has been approved by the Florida Supreme Court for completion by non-lawyers who help a landlord claim payment of a delayed rent. This form can be used for the sale and purchase of undated land. This form can be used as a supplement to a sales contract. This form contains boxes to allow sellers or buyers to indicate the terms of their matching offer. This form is a listing agreement for commercial real estate in which the seller gives the broker the exclusive right to sell the property. The Florida Supreme Court approved this form for use by non-lawyers who assist tenants who wish to terminate a tenancy agreement if the lessor does not meet the lease maintenance requirements or F.S. 83.51 (1) within seven days of the notice being sent. This is a 7-day notification to the tenant to remedy non-compliance with F.S. 83.52, the essential provisions of the lease agreement or appropriate rules and regulations. The form was approved by the Florida Supreme Court for use by non-lawyers. Non-developer disclosure (s. 718.503(a)) – Only for the sale of condominiums, this disclosure applies, this disclosure requires the seller to provide the buyer with the necessary documents describing the operation of the property/association.

It contains the disclosure of the Commercial Pawn Rights Act in case the agreement is used for commercial real estate. This notification, required by F.S. 83.49 (3), informs the tenant of the landlord`s intention to assert a right to the tenant`s deposit. If a lawyer or a holding company holds a down payment pursuant to a sales and sale agreement, this form may be used by the broker who created or submitted the offer to comply with Rule 61J2-14.008 (b), F.A.C. This form is a list contract in which the seller grants the broker the exclusive right to sell the property and justify the broker without brokerage agency relationship with the seller.
